# Apollo Router local dev with self-signed certificates on subgraphs

Hi there,

I want to use Apollo Router (not gateway) in local dev with self-signed certs for the subgraphs. Is there a way to do this?

I can only see ways to do it with _gateway_ but not with _router_.
