How can I organize different tokens and endpoints of every api in an apollo project?

I’m currently designing my apollo graphql project and my question is, how can I organize different tokens and endpoints in each api in an apollo project?

I’m mixing these two API’s:

• Introduction
• https://developers.pipefy.com/

And more API’s in the future

Please advise.
