I am having a hard time finding options for how to run apollo-rust in aws. Are ec2 or fargate the only options or is there a lambda version?

The TL;DR: This seems completely blocked on either:
- Support for Router based on musl (tracked in router#3186 but blocked on deno currently it seems)
- Building the Router against a lower version of GLIBC supported by Amazon Linux 2, specifically GLIBC 2.26 (see the FAQ entry “Q. What are the core components of Amazon Linux 2?” for the supported version)
