Router gets timeout response when calling coprocessor. while request didnt reached coprocessor

Hi Team,
When doing very minimal load test 1k/sec, router is getting timeout when calling external plugin coprocessor , while request didn’t even reached coprocessor.

CPU -No spike on both router and coprocessor.

what could the issue here ?
