I have been taking my certification course for some time and i was about to finish some subtopics but when i logged in back after a week i couldn’t find my progress and i didn’t see any certification under my account.

I completed my GraphQL Associate Developer Certificate on 21/10/2024. However, when I logged into Odyssey today to work on my next certification, my certification progress seems to have changed completely, and it shows that I haven’t completed any certifications before. Could you please look into this issue?

Hey there @rahul - sorry to hear about this. This typically happens when a different login is used, for example, logging in with a personal email instead of a company email.
