Connecting my Prometheus Metrics to my Apollo GraphQL Server

I am having trouble querying Prometheus Metrics through the Apollo GraphQL Sandbox. I have an endpoint that shows all the Prometheus metrics that we are scraping. Where can I find documentation for this?

I am open to any suggestions and help.
