Make Apollo Router local?

Hey all!

I currently have an Apollo Router set up in the cloud, but I want to be able to run it locally and be integrated in a Tilt file. I am generally new to the Apollo world and need a little more help in figuring out how to do that. Can you direct me to any documentation that might address that?
